How it works
From first click to first kiss
A clear, unhurried process — whether you're planning months ahead or need a ceremony soon.
- 1
Obtain your Georgia marriage license
Apply with a county probate court before the ceremony. Bring the original license with you; it is required for the ceremony to be recorded.
- 2
Book your date and time
Choose your ceremony type, date and time on our booking page. Appointments are available 24 hours a day, subject to availability.
- 3
Confirm your details
Once your ceremony is purchased, you are booked. You and your officiant will receive confirmation by text and email, and all further communication is directly between you and your officiant. We confirm your time and guest count. We provide the vows; if you have written your own, simply tell your officiant when you arrive.
- 4
Say I do
Arrive at Legacy Center or join your video call, exchange your vows, and your officiant executes your marriage license.
Short notice
Need a ceremony in the next 24 hours?
